Age UK - charity event videography
What the organisation needed
A video to capture their 80th Anniversary event, to share with funders, donors and supporters.
Challenges
a) a short window to capture footage (approx 2 hours)
b) no schedule / shot list- so uncertain about what footage would be captured on the day
Our solutions & approach
a) We arrived early to set up and made sure to capture as much footage in the first hour as possible, in case visitors / supporters drifted away early
b) We worked with their communications officer to find appropriate interviewees.
Outcome and impact
A 3 minute event film to capture various stalls, activities and interviews, with Roy's story creating the narrative thread throughout the film.
